This registration form must be attached with payment transaction slip. Fees are not refundable unless the registration is full. Fees for all categories are inclusive Awards Ceremony Dinner Night on 3rd July 2025 ( Thursday ). Chef coats are entitled for categories A, B and E only.
Note : Submission of registration form without payment will not be processed.
